ESTINO PAISA invites pilots to experience an exciting IFR journey across Colombia, heading toward the mountainous region of Antioquia and José María Córdova International Airport (SKRG). This event features two departure options, allowing pilots to choose between the Caribbean gateways of Cartagena (SKCG) and Barranquilla (SKBQ). From either airport, participants will follow published routes through Colombian airspace before arriving at SKRG, located in the highlands near Medellín. Whether you depart from Cartagena or Barranquilla, expect an engaging flight with structured IFR procedures, realistic ATC operations, and the challenge of transitioning from Colombia’s Caribbean coast toward the elevated terrain surrounding Medellín.
